I want to extend my warmest wishes to all of you for the New Year! I hope you and your family experience tranquility, happiness, and good health in the New Year and beyond.


For this installment of BREATHE, I would like to remind you of the importance of movement. We are made to move. Regular movement is vital for physical, emotional, and mental well-being. When I'm asked, 'Which kind of movement is best?', my reply is, 'Which type do you like to do and enjoy?'. Do you prefer to be outdoors or inside? Dance? Walk? Swim? Bicycle? The best movement is a type you will have fun doing at least 3-4 times per week for at least 20 minutes. 


Enjoy yourself and do it with a smile!

BREATHE. MEDITATE. MOVE.
